How do you bring the flavor and rhythm of Puerto Rico to the heart of Spain? Same language, different culture. We tackled this challenge by collaborating with our friends from FONDO SUPPER CLUB—a collective of five talented women who have built a creative food studio dedicated to transforming art, concepts, and research into edible experiences.

Sara, Marta, Nora, and Belén helped us capture the essence of celebration, translating the excitement of welcoming a new shoe into the ongoing adidas & Bad Bunny partnership through food, atmosphere, and storytelling.

We chose HALO, the studio of emerging artist Esther Marinero, as the perfect setting for the girls to let their creativity flow. They designed a table specifically for the evening, inspired by the colors of the sunset, incorporating carefully researched details—like an island centerpiece with fruit totems where guests could grab drinks.

For the menu, they collaborated with Beatriz Soto, a Puerto Rican food designer, to craft a special selection of dishes. The result? A culinary experience featuring the most iconic flavors from the island, paired with thoughtfully curated drinks that brought the essence of Puerto Rico to Madrid.

And the music? Playing the new Bad Bunny album would have been too predictable. Instead, we brought in LOS CHOCOLATINOS, a renowned salsa band loved in the city’s Latin club scene, bringing an authentic rhythm and energy to the night.
